In my workshops I bring challenges that harness peoples interests, ingenuity and creativity.
Every workshop gives the participants both creative and tangible tools for working. For example, in one workshop one might acquire digital fabrication tools as well as problem solving methods and an exercise to practice both.
Making Makers
Focused Workshops
Sometimes all it takes is a taste of success in solving a challenge to bring someone into the Maker world. In these short workshops the participants are given a "Design Brief"; a short description of a challenge, a problem or a situation that needs solving or improving.
To solve the challenge they work in teams with materials and tools given to them.
Making Education
Special seminars for Educators
As a firm believer in the power of education, specifically a rich one, I find great joy and accomplishment in working closely with teachers, educators and instructors set to challenge the old ways of learning. Through an all inclusive process we work together on changing the way knowledge is passed as well as processed by students. We create interactive lesson plans that get even the most challenging students out of their seats.

One of the objectives of any maker is to build a better life for herself and her family, friends, co-workers and neighbors. Working with communities, coming up with solutions for issues regarding everyday problems helps people come together and achieve small victories that make all the difference.
